Ardjan Baan (1983) bears overall responsibility for Vanenburg, with a focus on overseeing the day-to-day administrative and operational functions of the organization, including the commercial activities, customer-related processes and supporting functions. Ardjan has a background in marketing & sales operations and holds a master’s degree in Business Administration from the Rotterdam School of Management, Erasmus University.

Paul Baan (1972) has a broad experience of more than 20 years in different management and board positions within the Vanenburg organization. He bears overall responsibility for Vanenburg, with a focus on the financial and legal affairs of the company, and is the managing director of the total Vanenburg Group company. Paul holds a Bachelor of Laws degree from the Erasmus University Rotterdam.

Willem van Enter (1965) is responsible for the overall sales- and marketing strategy, and is leading Vanenburg’s global commercial- & marketing teams. Prior to joining Vanenburg, Willem held senior management roles at Baan Company, Oracle, VMware and most recently as Vice President EMEA for OutSystems where he built up the business, growing revenue by 10 times in 8 years.

Hans Don (1973) is Vanenburg’s technological thought leader and maximizes the alignment between our technology stack and the needs of our customers. As CTO he has the leading role in all our projects. He uses his 20+ years of knowledge and experience in traditional IT, upcoming technologies and concepts to create a detailed understanding and design of the business solutions for our customers. Hans is a Certified Professional Google Cloud Architect, Data Engineer, Machine Learning Engineer, Cloud Developer and holds a master’s degree in Agriculture & Natural Environments from Wageningen University.

Saji Antony (1971) is responsible for the solution development and delivery in Vanenburg and he heads the engineering team and is also responsible for the India development centre. Saji holds a Masters degree in computer applications from the National Institute of Technology Kozhikode (India). He is a seasoned IT professional with more than 20 years of experience in various roles in technology innovation, solution building and product management. Before joining Vanenburg he worked for Baan & Cordys in various roles like software engineer, architect, product management and business development. He is passionate about converting new ideas into solutions that can transform and modernize enterprise IT.

JK Vinodh has a Masters degree in computer science (MCA) and has over 22 years of experience in business software development.
He has always been passionate about continuously reducing development time & increasing quality and bringing products faster to the customers at much affordable cost and increased value. His ambition is to democratize IT development on a large scale – with reduced cost for application development, increased speed, time and quality.
He has 12+ experience in the cloud including 7+ years of highly successful application delivery using the Google Cloud. He has proven expertise in both product and application development, innovation, delivery, architecture, requirements gathering, and optimally mapping user requirements into workable software and cost optimization.
As Product Manager for ‘Cordys Process Factory’ (CPF), which was a PaaS RAD tool for building and running enterprise workflow apps on the cloud, he played a key role in taking the product successfully to many large customers, enabling them to build over 1000 apps using the platform.
In the current role of SVP (Products), he is responsible for conceptualizing, building, and taking to customers the ‘Rappit’ tool – which is a RAD tool for productivity improvement – for Requirements Gathering, Rapid Prototyping, and Code Generation.
He also takes responsibility for delivery to various strategic customers in GCP (Google Cloud Platform) technologies and using the Rappit tool.
His technical expertise includes Java, VC++, Visual Basic, Ruby, Baan Tools, RDBMS, NoSQL databases, data warehouse, Spring, Hibernate, etc. Apart from Baan ERP, Vinodh has worked on products and applications in various domains such as Manufacturing, Warehouse, Transportation, Quality, Safety, Warranty, Ticketing, HR, Finance, IT systems, Compliance, Environment, Automobile Project Management, Time Recording, Project Planning, Resource Planning, Competency Management, IoT, Machine Learning, Cloud Ops, etc.
At Infor, he was awarded as the “Best Java Programmer”.
At SSA Global, he was awarded for the significant contributions in the organization’s journey in successfully reaching “CMMI Level 5”.
Before joining Vanenburg, he was working in Baan (later taken over and known as Invensys, SSA Global & Infor) and Cordys.

Huibert de Vries (1982) is responsible for product marketing and business development. Huibert holds a MSc. degree in Business administration from Rotterdam School of Management. He spent over 12 years in marketing, sales, program management and business development roles at a multinational before joining Vanenburg. Being co-author of a book about Open Source software, Huibert is passionate about creating business impact with innovative and meaningful software.

Agalya Kitherian is the head of AI/ML and Cloud Operations practise. She is passionate about designing and implementing advanced data analytics and AI/ML solutions to help enterprises optimize their resources efficiently, enhance customer experience and improve profitability. She is also responsible for the CloudOps and Support team that builds and operates secure cloud landing zones for clients. Agalya has 25 years of software development experience and holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree from the Bharathiar University Coimbatore, India.

Ganesh has over 20 years of experience in software development which includes product development, Development of ERP & ERP implementation, and Solution development. At Vanenburg, he is responsible for solution development & delivery and people management. Ganesh holds a master’s degree in Computer Science from Pondicherry Central University.
He has experience in developing Middleware projects and enabling integration to backend applications / ERPs like SAP, Baan, Peoplesoft, and Microsoft dynamics, among others. He is also experienced in developing complete tailor-made & fully customizable Logistics ERP from scratch using open stack technologies. Before joining Vanenburg, he worked in Baan, IBM – La Gaude, and Cordys in various roles like Software developer, Baan ERP Implementation, Technical Lead & Product architect.
He is passionate about designing & implementing highly scalable & performable enterprise applications using Open stack & cloud technologies.

Jan Baan has over 40 years of entrepreneurial and business leadership experience in the software industry. Internationally recognized for his key role in creating the worldwide market for Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software, Jan is a self-made serial entrepreneur and philanthropist.
Jan founded Baan Company in 1978, soon after attending Business College. With the development of his first software package in 1979, Jan started what was to become a pioneering career in the IT industry around Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) software. Under Jan’s stewardship, Baan Company grew from a $35 million company in the early 1990s to $680 million in 1998. Baan became the number 2 ERP player in the software industry.
In the late 1990s, Jan became a highly successful venture capitalist by focusing on software innovation. He was an early investor in the on-demand collaborative software company WebEx Communications, later on acquired by Cisco Systems for $3 billion, as well as an early backer of Top Tier, which was subsequently sold to SAP for $400 million.
In 2001, Jan founded Cordys with a mission to solve the IT implementation and change issues faced by today’s extended enterprise by enabling an organization to be more responsive to changing business conditions. Customers leveraging the benefits of their software included the Dutch Ministry of Defence, Siemens, Mercer, Pacific Blue Cross and Tata Steel. In 2013, Cordys was acquired by OpenText, the leader in Enterprise Information Management, and is now the corner-stone for its long-term strategy.
